I believe this took place in Manhattan, in Central Park. To do something about the massive number of pidgeons in the park, they've brought in hawks to keep them away. Well, someone was walking their chihuahua in the park, and a hawk swooped down on the dog and took right off with it. Very weird story.

So all you dog owners who think it's so cool to walk your dog without a leash, and if you love your dog so much, use a leash.
