Nintendo's Customer Service has been good to me so far. Every time I tell them the problem, and if they can't get to a solution, they will tell me to schedule a pickup and they will pay for everything. I also use it just to exploit their 90 day warranty on accessories

Day 85 "Yes, (name here), my joystick is becoming loose on my controller." (Nintendo) "Well sir, I can't help you much here, so since your controller is still within warranty, just send it in and either a replacement controller will be sent or we will fix your current one" (me) "Ok" thinks *Hell yeah, the system never fails
