Warning: Below I'm going to show you how to find it!

1) you dran the water to it's lowest level
2) find a mysterious pit of water somewhere low in the level
3) swim as far as you can go and at the end of the tavern there will be the little green glowing thingy.. inside it will be the device
um... my directions aren't very clear, but hell, you will know what I'm talking about when you find it.
