Anyway, it doesn't matter if you are a Nintendo fanboy or not. I should just say that it isnt a fair vote when you know nothing about the other character. Also, the "Cut your hair" and "get modern clothes" were poor excuses to not vote for Magus, which I thought was fairly stupid. And when this is a small scale poll, ignorant votes can be bad for the matchups.

This is a popularity contest, not who would win a fight. So yes, if he likes Pikachu better than the biggest, most powerful, non-Nintendo character there is, then he is perfectly justified in voting for the little yellow rat.
And his excuse that Magus's hair is too long and clothes are too old are good excuses for the same reason. I see no reason why which character GM likes better should matter so much to you...unless you're just a Square fanboy who doesn't want to see his precious Chrono Trigger character beaten.
