Detail sells! What most gamers want is a vast number of titles they know of... or even own. They want to feel like they entered their own Mitsubishi Mirage, or their little Neon, into a world-class race. It's why GT is so popular. The look, the vast-ness... it makes the player feel like they're the racer. Plainly said, it's a Sim, and that's a very likable style, which sells.

By "arcadey", I suppose you mean more futuristic and more "cartoon influenced". Games like that have cars that even look fast. F-Zero X... oh how I loved that game. And with those new F-Zero screens, I'm actually considering purchasing a 'Cube.

At least I got you to use the rolleyes smilie for the second time in one topic. And yes, that's about right. Why would you have to care about XBox?

*gasps* Are you saying that there was a GT without fanboys, pointless debates, off-topic strays, or ridiculous flame wars? Where are the awards? Any forum without any of the above needs awards.
