The problem (is all inside your head she said to me) is that if you can pass this kind of legislation which will cut funding from groups that don't use the programs you can eventually force it on to these very same groups by law.
So today it's boobs.
Tomorrow it will be sites that have profanity. Then it will be violence, then any site dealing with religion becase they're offense.
The court set a precident today that just pisses over the 1st amendment.
