I was a HUGE nintendo fan in the NES/SNES days. I got the n64 because of pilotwings and mario 64 and I still have it. As much as I enjoyed n64 I got so tired of the delays I began to start thinking about getting a playstation.

Unlike DM, I LOVED FFVI on snes. I bought a psx
because of that commerical. I wasn't let down by FFVII. I really wanted a ps2 around launch (madden) but when I didn't get one the first few months after launch I started looking at the cube/box.
I didn't like xbox, so I went back to cube/ps2 and I started thinking to myself that I'm really going to want to play the new mario and zelda games that are going to come soon enough. After seeing the SWRS2 videos I knew I had to have a cube. I got mine on lauch day.
I knew I still wanted to pick up another system and for a long time I thought that would be a ps2 but when my friend got xbox and I started playing halo and prg I began to waver.
Then I saw panzer dragoon orta. Way way back before I even had a psx I used to go to toys r us for the sole purpose of playing the panzer dragoon zwei demo. I fell in love with that game but I never got a saturn (thank god.) The fact that I could get a chance to play a PD game again on a system that I already hdd some interest in made me switch from ps2 to xbox as my second system and I picked up my box last august.
My nintendo discontent began long ago but now that I have an xbox and have seen how much ms has done and how they've actually made an effort i've become very, very bitter towards nintendo.
