I started at a very young age, as a nintendo man, as did most everybody back then. I played a lot on the NES, my first memory of it being Super Mario Bros of course, but some others including Zelda(even though I had no Idea how to play it at the time, I remember liking the opening music), and Super Mario Bros 3, my favorite game for the system. Later on, my cousin had a Genesis, and I had a helluva time playing that at his house. A little later on, He got that fancy Sega Channel, and thats when I knew I had to get me one of these suckers. I had sega channel for probably well over a year, then the N64 came out, and after playing it at a local store, I knew I had to get one, even if it meant ditching the Sega Channel(which I loved dearly). I did finally get one in 1997. (thats right, I have never owned a Super NES) Super Mario Kart and Super Mario 64(my first 2 games for the system) seemed so amazing at the time, they put Nintendo at my No. 1 spot, for good. And that position was later on stuck with super glue, after playing the greatest game ever, OOT. I never forgot how much fun I had on the Genesis, and thats what made me pick up a Dreamcast far after its prime in early 2001. I loved it while it lasted. Crazy taxi, Sonic Adventure, Jet Grind Radio...Sega still knows what they are doing, and I still loved them. Dont get me wrong, I played some PSX in my day, and I liked certain things(MGS, Silent Hill), but It never had the charm or pure fun of either Sega's or Nintendo's games. Thats why Ive remained loyal to nintendo, and in a slightly lesser stance, Sega.
