Then again if the setting on your PC was down for some reason it would help, internet speed is a tough thing to judge, expecially cable. goes up and down so much. I usually average about 2.8

But thats cool if your speed is up. helps for games. hehe
Maybe, but the thing that convinces me is the fact that I test a LOT, like ever other day, and I havent gotten a result even close to that for MONTHS. And I just tested again, 2.4 again. I truly believe thats what did it.
