How many 'completionists' are there? Most gamers don't want to collect all 100 _____s, because it gets tedious and there isn't any reward. And you can say that you'll want to COME BACK about any decent game. So that has no relevance, IMO.
Look, a 10 for replay value would have to be a sports game like Madden 2003. You have infinate amount of hours in franchise mode, 2-4 player multiplayer never gets old with your friends, and there's an online mode too. I've easily spent 100+ hours with that game.
If that's a 10, then WW should definately not be...
**If WW had a really great multiplayer mode as well, what would the replay value be? 10.5?

This quote stands out for me, though:

some gamers will find that the challenge level is too lenient. Others will be annoyed by the repetitiveness of using the Wind Waker, or that there are some "fetch quests" that work to lengthen the game, but also prove relatively tedious. Some may even be troubled by the lack of dungeons when compared to Ocarina of Time.

Too easy...Repetitive aspects...FETCH QUESTS thrown in to lengthen the game...lack of dungeons compared to OOT (the parts of OOT I REALLY enjoyed)
But meh, it's obviously a very good game...I often disregard the overall score specifically (I mean if it's under 7, you have to wonder) and read the content instead. The content is clear to show that the game does have a handful of fairly significant downsides...
