I believe he's saying it's based off the same sort of gameplay and basic controls as OoT... which is almost 5 years old...
Kind of like if 5 years from now, GTA was still using the exact same kind of gameplay and all... or something... although there will probably be more GTA games in 5 years then there would be Zelda
