Pro Evolution 2002 is WE6 is Europe. And Jikkyo World Soccer is ISS in Europe. Europe always has to have their own names. WE6FE is getting great reviews among the US crowd, something Jikkyo World Soccer didn't. For that reason, the hype over here about ISS3 is next to none. Have you played them Shadow Link?
