hey, if you want more mass dont do cardio unless ur cutting. and dont do cardio 8 hours before or after lifting

and my routine is:

1)bis/back
2)chest/tris
3)rest
4)legs
5)shoulders
6)rest
repeat

i like to change my exercises often, cause its not good for the body to adapt or somethin :\
