Ok... For the past week and a half, I have actually kept up with my workout schedule! But, it will be getting harder. I am now going to add 30 mins of cardio to each day of exercise that I do. I will also be trying to work out my obliques, do pushups and situps, and some footspeed exercises either every work out day, or every other day. Adding these two things to my work out schedule will give me some much needed cardio work out, which I will lose weight from, and I will get a smaller "tummy" and some trciep/chest workout.
Now... I really want to keep track of this, and all of my other workouts. So... I was thinking that maybe everybody here could post their routines, and the weights they lift for each exerciset they do and stuff.... And then every two weeks-4weeks we can update the list, and see how much we have improved and stuff. Yep! I don't care if you guys don't do this.. But I will, lol. Hey, more posts for me.
