Same thing I'd do in any "oh crap, you're going to die" situation: enjoy it whilst it lasts.
Obviously, I don't believe in god and all that, so it's a bit of a pointless question. But to reverse it around, I'd never say I believed in god either. No matter what you believe in, IMO if you go back on my word or beliefs just to gain a little extra life then your world is already full of holes and one more wouldn't make much difference. Obviously there could me mitigating circumstances, but cutting to the chase, could you live with yourself knowing you'd betrayed your own feelings?
Veterans here will know my thoughts on the afterlife, and they will know that I believe that you make your own "heaven" on earth, in your own head, and if you're lucky you get to live it in your dying seconds. So hopefully you'd die with something of a smile on your face.
So I'd like to spend my final moments thinking of all the great things that have happened in my life, although I'd most likely cack my pants.
