I disagree with this one. I think moving cameras do add to the overall effect of certain scenes. It certainly shouldn't be overused thouhg. They got through the first one, then couldn't think of anything else for the article, so they slammed the moving cameras.
Amen to the "no more Matrix-cam" resolution though.
