Poor kid ...poor dog!!!
10 years old and you don't know not to tie your dog to a piece a equiment when the dog can't climb?? *sigh* I guess he didn't mean to do it........but why are we getting upset over a dog?? People die everyday for no reasons...innocent bystanders, little children...etc..etc...oh well i guess it's human nature.
