I saw him at the bottom of every single post and it's freaking me out!

So what's the little CamFu mini-me at the bottom of this and every other post about? Just to be stupid and silly and quite frightening?

EDIT: OH JESUS CHRIST, why is the face spreading? WHY?! It now heads (ack! stupid pun!) the forum names!
