Why because the system costs alot more than 200 to make not to mention adds and commercial costs. And also if you read up on your rumors it sounds like more and more japanese companies are abandoning xbox not to mention xbox lost alot of its exclusive deals such as hunter the reckoning. Anyways as much as any of you like xbox its not gonna make it becuase even a company as rich as M$ will realize their mistake due to massive profit loses.
GT needs to have a n00b grammar class. I mean, capitalize some words. Xbox, Japan, Dreamcast, PSOne, Microsoft, Game Informer, Hunter the Reckoning, etc. Not to mention spelling can be worked on, as as much as MS needs to burn in hell, M$ isn't funny.

No offense or anything...

Xbox might outsell Gamecube in the US, but as far as I'm aware, Dreamcast and PSOne are still outselling Xbox in Japan. The worldwide success of GBA is bringing in large profits for Nintendo to offset slow Gamecube sales. Microsoft has lost around $1 billion off Xbox thus far (Game Informer). The cost to manufacter the system is far greater than the $199 retail price, and let's not forget about Xbox's major advertisement campaigns. Also, if the rumors have any truth to them, it sounds like more and more Japanese companies are abandoning Xbox, and recently they've been losing exclusive deals such as Hunter the Reckoning. Anyways, as much as any of you like Xbox, I don't believe it's going to succeed because even a company as wealthy as Microsoft will realize they made a mistake when they see the massive profit loses as a result of Xbox.
