ok Bond, you wont believe it, but this is how it goes.
3 japanese men wearing tuxedos ride around in a hallway on small black and green tricycles, mean while some guy and a girl are making out in a room. the 3 men are having wut appears to be some sort of race, they ride by the guy and girl making out and start trying to push each other off their tricycles. then everything starts to look all dramatic as they feverishly ride to the end of the hallway. one guy makes it to the end before the other 2, and he sets off the fire sprinklers with a stick. then they ride a little bit more, then it shows some japanese text, then it shows the Xbox logo.
pretty sweet eh?
there was also 2 other strange japanese Xbox commercials, but this was by far the funniest.
