Aren't Seiken Denetsu 3 and FFT2 GBA games? So that basically leaves Crystal Chronicle with the chance of others for NGC....

PS2 has FFX2, FFXII, Unlimited SaGa, and probably others I can't think of... With the possibility of more (Kingdom Hearts 2, maaaaybe FFVII 2, Chrono something or other, etc)...

"Plenty of lucious Square MMORPGs"

Plenty? There has only been one so far, it requires a Hard Drive (which NGC doesn't have), it hasn't even been released in the US yet, and it costs a fortune to play... the game itself, the hard drive, the monthy fee... Doesn't sound like my kind of game

I doubt the announcement will be megatonish...
Square WILL be bigger... it basically sold the PSX back in the day with Final Fantasy 7.

Yeah, Seiken Denetsu FF2 are GBA. Crystal Chronicle is dual, because it works like Fusion and Prime do... except you use the GBA as a controller. O_o Square's only flaw that Nintendo would overlook is FFXI, mainly because, yes, the hard drive, and that server problem. Other than that, all the RPGs are very easily ported to the Gamecube. But hey, I can dream, can't I?

They have plenty of ideas to make MMORPGs out of. Do you realize how well an online Super Mario RPG would do? Or maybe an online Chrono Break?

Or an online FF... no wait, they tried that already. Bleugh

What we've concluded so far and what has been reported (from Famitsu even) is this Megaton derives from the mass of many other projects combined into one to make one "Megaton!" announcement. And they've planned it well, because people will be overwhelmed and purchase more Gamecubes. You know the feeling. And, when they get bored, hit 'em with ZELDA! Then here comes a 1080 jab! Then here comes the final blow: Pokemon! That leaves the market in a prime state before Nintendo's Partnership wrath begins to expand starting from after Spring 2003, which is when some of the Capcom 5 surface and release in Japan.

Eh? Eh?
