Even if he is, and you total up overall consoles sold, PS2 is still ahead by 44,100... Unless you count GBC though, which is old... but even if you do it's only ahead by a few tens of thousands of consoles sold, which is not "owning" the competition...
But GBA doesn't count as a normal console and neither does GBC... Basically Nintendo OWNZ the handheld market and Sony OWNZ the console market
