Well.... At The Legends of Zelda webite (The Legends of Zelda) it says that the title translates to "Wind of Takuto" and that Takuto maybe either the island Link is on or tact.

I personally would like "Legendary Wind of Takuto", Takuto being the island's name, better than either of the other two.
