Well from what i know. it was Stacy Roust, Doug brown, and a couple rookies trying to make it in the preseason.

Roust made it. and Brown was fighting with the young guys for a spot. I guess Lewis saw something in one of them he liked over Brown.

and in all honesty. brown might have been rusty. he didnt play at all last year cuz he retired. he was Actually doing color commentary once and a while for the Redwings announcers. when the normal color commentary guy couldnt make it.
