If they decide to show Samus in Bikini as a bonus, like if you finish the game under certain time, that could raise the rating a little bit. But still I don't think that would get it an M rating. Unless they decide to show her in a really really hot bikini, or naked or something. j/k
But in the past she apeared without the suit at the end of the game. So, they might do it againg. Who knows.
