Detroit and Colorado will still be two of the best teams for sure.
The Rangers will be pretty good despite what a lot of hockey fans say...
The Oilers will make it into the play-offs...
...Chicago won't.
Dallas will stop sucking.
Vancouver won't do any better than last year.
Philly will be better than their play-off performance last year would show.
The Pens will be a lot better (if Lemieux plays 75 games like he says, that's HUGE for them).
Calgary won't have such a hot start but probably will end up around the same spot they did last year.
Atlanta will be way better, as will the Might Ducks with Oats/Kariya.
Phoenix will be pretty good, San Jose will be great.
Toronto will start fading, Montreal will make the play-offs, Ottawa will make the play-offs.
Boston won't make the play-offs, the Sabres will suck ass, Columbus will suck, Nashville will suck, Tampa Bay will suck.
Carolina will realize it was a fluke.
I can see Colorado, St. Louis, Dallas, Detroit, San Jose, Phoenix, Edmonton, and Vancouver making the cut on the West, while I'd say Philly, Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Rangers, Islanders, Devils, and Washington will be the 8 Eastern teams in the play-offs, possibly the Pens or Hurricanes in there.
I've been able to successfully predict the winners of the Stanley Cup at the beginning of the season for like five years in a row, this year seems to be a little bit harder, but I'll say Colorado will win the Cup this year once again.
