The problem is that you have to look in Japan for first party games. Nintendo has released a game almost every month to the japaneze market but only a few came here.
The 2nd party companies are much smaller in members so they can only tackle a game at once. Because of the technology level today it takes between 14-18 months to complete a game, so Since GameCube has been out for only one year (12 months) they each released one game, took a short breack and got back to working, but we'll need to wait another year before anything else shows up from them. Too Human might come out earlier since they are doing a kind of remake upgrade like RE.
As for Mobil 21 it is a GBA partnership development, not GC.
THe others I have no clue either.
Still, Nintendo seemed too buissy trying to get all the 3rd party support back on it's console, that it didn't have much time for development.
