Hmm... it all depends on how fast you run. But I guess it's good.
I'm more of a sprinter. Although I haven't sprinted in a long time... well, not really sprinting. Not to see how fast I can go. Of course I sprint a lot when I'm playing soccer.
Since I've moved to this new town, I think my condition has gone up. There are a lot of hills here, which are hard to cycle on. Plus I eat a lot healthier.
