Hello everyone.

I recently heard a couple of rumors from a friend of mine and was wondering if anyone here could verify them.

1. Nintendo has decided to follow Sega and become a software only company, making the Gamecube it's last console.

2. Nintendo is planning another price drop before Christmas.

I haven't been able to find anything on either one of these rumors. #1 sounds a bit suspect to me but #2 seems rather reasonable.
