I saw that Alex bird on TV once...He can say stuff, and pick out a color, and pick out a key...that pretty much sums up his abilities from what I can tell...and even those he isnt exactly good at...but yea I dont really think thats why monkeys cant talk, I just dont think they have the brains...they can make monkey noises, and that might be their language...or something...
