If you haven't heard of Ad-Aware, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a download. Just go to www.download.com and search for Ad-Aware. That should help alot. Also, download Ref Update. It updates the reference file for Ad-Aware if there is a new one to keep Ad-Aware up to date on new Spyware to look for.
