I agree about the complexity part. Most animals aren't as complex as humans. They don't let emotions take over...they do what they do best: live.

While the more complex humans live life, but making more choices based on emotions instead of instinct (like animals). As a result, we get wars and hatred and racism...etc. So, maybe..Evolution is at fault.
