Yes, cable speeds vary on the amount of users in your area. Its all like a network. more users clogging it up in your area. your speed goes down.


one of the 2 DSL's i mentioned is the same.

the one i got Its a set speed. and the ISP garentee's me that speed everytime. (altho it does flucuate, just not as much as cable)
