I've heard from a number of people who think that people like reviewers and a few others blew things out of proportion in the reviews, too... the magick system isn't as deep as they said, the sanity system doesn't play such a big role (at least it didn't for me... unless I intentionally went insane... But if you have to intentionally mess up to make yourself go really insane, then it wasn't really made to fit in the game very good, was it?
).... I didn't like the storyline or ending too much... It was OK though...
Oh and the gameplay was kinda meh... the recovery time from a hit was too long... and with like 90% of the enemies, if you chopped off their head, it made them way too easy to kill... And the camera system was good when it came to not having objects get in the way, but sometimes the camera didn't even face the enemies, so you had no clue where they were until you were right up close...
But overall I think it was still a good game... 8 out of 10... I beat it 3 times in a rental (wanted to get the special ending)... I have no life... so what?
