Thanx Cyrax. Next time I decide to buy a comp. I will make sure its not AlienWare after what you said. But I agree comps. have a secret code to destruct the day after warrany expires. But next time, if you have a CD burner, I'd recommend making 2-3 backups of the recovery CD and everything else. Just seems logical for me to do something like that.
