Default Down with Best Buy



Well as none of you know, my digital camera was broken, again. I had the Best Buy performance service plan, 4 year plan, bought in 11/00. I had problems back in January 01, and had already replaced it once. Best Buy stops carrying the camera, and I was thinking "Sweet, new camera!" My thoughts was I can get a better camera for cheaper, and still have money to spend!

So I walk in, and the ****ers say I can't exchange it. They can send it in for repairs, which they estimate will take about a month, and then if they can't repair it I'll get to exchange it. I was like WTF? I need it this weekend ****ers! I mean, they sell it to you as a "No questions asked, you bring it in and we'll exchange it for you" policy. So I was like "**** you bitch! I already exchanged it once! Eat **** and die." Then they said "We'll they shouldn't have returned it in the first place. They just took your word for it that it was defective." Ooo, I was pissed. It's like "Yo bitch, turn the ****er on, see for yourself it's broken you slimy ****ing walrus-looking piece of ****!" Err... now they sent it in and I won't see it until 7/31. Of course, that's estimated. Try more like 8/31.

Now we gotta contact the old corporates, the ones who actually have power. Considering when I bought the $999 camera, the card had a $999 TV purchase on it, not to mention I spent $2100 recently there, and add that all to the little game purchases, they don't want to lose the business of gekko. Give me a new ****ing camera!

Where's the sweet-ass manager who held a PS2 for me? Damn Huan at customer service is on my hit-list! DIE MOTHER****ER!!!
