Well I meet most of the requirements except for....

Required

Pentium® II 450 MHz or AMD K6- 450 MHz (I have a 400 MHz)

Also, I'm not sure how to check to see about :

8X CD-ROM
16 MB TNT2-class OpenGL 1.2 compliant video card
