The news is that in the Americas, you can only get another Upad by contacting Nintendo. In Japan they'll sell them in stores though. I think it's more than $100 (which would make sense and is probably a reason why no 2-pads games are in development).
Today (at work) I saw the presentation. It was pretty good!

I didn't think I wanted one at/around launch, but I might change my mind before that. It will depend on a few things (how good are NSMBU and RL really, are there any other good games, can I play VC games on the Upad, etc.).
