So after reading some stuff about people's Indoctrination theory, I've been paying attention for shit that's suspicious. So far this is all I've got.
-At the beginning there's the
invisible child in the vent that tells Shepard he has no hope and can't save them who gets into the shuttle that explodes - that could very well be The Reapers trying to mentally break Shepard down so he doesn't have the will to try and stop them, and feels that organic life alone is inferior.
