That was my first thought, too. You're making how many millions (or hundreds of thousands) of dollars to carry some sewn leather across an open grass field- and your only real job is to make sure you - under any circumstance -
do not let go of that ball. And he let go of the ball.
But on the other end the other guy is probably making roughly the same amount of money to ensure that the other guy does drop the ball. So then I immediately realized that point is moot.
Anyways, I'm pretty choked that the 49ers lost. And to be honest, I really don't give a shit who wins anymore. I don't like either teams. So I'll flip a coin and that's who I'll go for.
The coin chooses the Patriots.
Even money doesn't like the Giants.
