So far I've used the Nintendo Stars (as they're called here) for a set of Zelda/Mairo notebooks, a set of Mario/Luigi sunshades and Wii points so I could buy some WiiWare stuff.
Oh once I got a Monster Hunter 3 figure for free! Just for registring.
I sold it for a decent price.
