If I were you, I would quit the job, take classes full-time, max out your subsidized student loans (if needed), and look for full-time employment after you graduate. Your salary will probably be twice as much, and you'll have benefits. There is most likely little-to-no incremental benefit in continuing at your current job; however, the work experience you've gained there will be very helpful in seeking a full-time job after you've graduated.
