So yeah.. I built up the courage over night. Got the 1080p 120Hz Sony 40" (Bravia or something). Was on sale for $628.
OMG I feel like I just bought my Ps3 all over. I feel like I gotta play through MGS4 again, and start FF13 over cause my TV didn't do it justice before.
