Canada day is tomorrow and it is a time for celebration.

Many take to the streets of their home city, wearing their Canadian apparel or at least adhering to a colour code, to drink alcohol at their favourite establishments and to wave flags around, hoot, and high five one another.

Essentially it's the day where our whole country turns into some strange nation-wide frat party.

But Canada Day is important for another reason: it's the day that all the NHL teams are allowed to start making deals with free agents. Essentially a lot of moving and shaking will happen tomorrow.


So to our many board Canadians, here is a place to post your exploits while I post every bit of interesting NHL news that happens tomorrow.
