I've pretty much always had a beard, and i grew a mighty beard when i was travelling. The Professor is right, beards do take some care, i even shampoo and condition my beard
(which makes me wish we had a beard smilie). I don't have any pictures to inspire you, but i will say, when i go skiing and it snows, i get cool little icicles hanging from my beard.
