The only difference between the 2 plans is BES or BIS. BES is for when people have to get into their....BES at work which alot of companies do but it depends on how you do it. BIS is more for "personal" email (GMail, etc...) but if you get your email via a remote connection and not use BES at work at all, then you can choose the cheaper plan.

For all: Check with the provider on any employee discounts. Thankfully where I work, I get 24% off monthly at Verizon which helps a ton when paying for 450 minutes/unlim text/BIS with my Storm. Most cell companies have some discount with employers even if only 8% or something, better then nothing.
