That's a tough call.

Taking a life is horrible but so is screwing with a child.

Murder is a short-term experience for the victim but it haunts their family and friends forever. While pedophilia can be a long-lasting or life-long trauma for the victim.

I guess I'd have to say murder. There's no really no way to recover from that.

If a child is young enough and receives counseling afterward, they might manage to be able to lead a relatively normal life afterward.
