I am claiming exactly that, I thought Tomorrow Never Dies was rubbish one of the worst bond films in the whole Genera in fact. I would go so far as to say I would rather watch On Her Majestys Secret Service. I cant really justify this, I just didnt like TND.
Admittedly, yes, I have only seen Quantum the once so on your advice I'll give it another go
