I heard this on the radio today and started laughing. Just think about the guy they pay to sit there and chew pencils all day, unless they have some sort of pencil chewing robot designed to chew pencils, but I like my first theory better.

Apparently they are supposed to make people who chew pencils not want to chew them so they pay more attention in class.

What do you guys think about pre-chewed pencils?
