Well let's see the ones people expect
-Riddler
-Catwoman
-Penguin
The ones I hope for
-The Clock King (he is a personal favorite but yeah I realize a whole movie about he would be impossible)
-Clayface (especially if use a modified version of the Batman origins)
-Deadshot (he was used in the anime special)
Ones other hope for
-Bane (I can see it but a lot of the taste of that other movie would ruin the character)
